| Voice mail We
proudly install the OMEGA-VOICE VMI system, with sophisticated voice processing
functionality. You'll increase office productivity and efficiency with
advanced call processing features such as message notification and flexible call
routing. OMEGA-VOICE VMI can answer calls to your incoming system and provide the
caller with call routing options. The auto-attendant can be programmed to answer
all incoming calls or incoming calls on specific lines. It can also play specific
menus based on the incoming line or the caller ID received with the call!
OMEGA-VOICE VMI also offers conversation recording. You can
record a conversation or conference call directly to your voice mailbox.
Advance broadcasting capabilities allow you to inform multiple users
simultaneously with different messages. Nine distribution lists can be programmed
for each mailbox. Broadcast messages can be sent to all mailboxes, or mailboxes in
predefined distribution lists.
