Thank you for assisting Abcon, Enterprises, Inc. with its badly needed upgrade into our new Iwatsu phone system. The professionalism that you and your associates showed me during the transition was outstanding. With all of the corporate entities and the nuances involved with them, you made the time to work out any and all eventual possibility that might shut down our phone system. As I made clear to you, the worst thing that could happen is that we would be without service for even 1 minute. We were using a phone system that was operational, but was antiquated and just did not meet the needs of the employees in the main office. Over the course of approximately 9 months, we looked into various phone systems and came up with three main choices, all of which offered basically the same product and were within the same price range. The main reason we chose Grapevine was because of their service, follow up, and ability to work within our parameters.

Our business has expanded dramatically over the past two years. We were to be moving to new office space in September 2003 over Labor Day Weekend. Although we had outgrown the phone system we were using, we still had to operate a business, and waiting to install a new phone system until we moved, was not an option. Grapevine set up our new system in our old space three months before we moved.  Grapevine then came in, on their overtime, over the Labor Day weekend and hooked everything up in our new location. Not only were our employees able to get used to a new phone system prior to moving, but they were able to walk into their offices the Tuesday morning following the long weekend and start conducting business.

Dave MacNerland and his staff at Grapevine were and still are extremely responsive to fixing any problem we may have regardless of whether it is user error, a problem with the phone equipment itself, or with the local or long distance carrier.
